This is today fairly popular limestone in the UK and one of the most on-demand alternatives to the Portland limestone.

Recommended applications
In the UK and Irish markets, the Cabeca Veada was first introduced as a good alternative to the also Portuguese Moleanos Fine limestone, which was a more economic alternative to the local Portland limestone. The Cabeca Veada is today a reference limestone used on exterior cladding projects all over the country. It is also used on interior floor and decoration.
